What's happening...

I haven't blogged in forever. Holidays and then weddings, all kinds of things have happened over the last 4 months. The appraisal market was non-existent in the latter part of 2007. There was also very little business in January. However, business is picking up. Rates are so low people are refinancing. Hopefully things keep going steady.
